ISTANBUL: Russia and Ukraine have agreed to change two hundred prisoners in one of the biggest exchanges of the seven-month war, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan instructed US tv.
Erdogan made the statement after talks remaining week with Russian President Vladimir Putin at the sidelines of a local summit in Uzbekistan. Erdogan did now no longer offer complete information about the change, calling the humans being exchanged "hostages" and now no longer pronouncing what number there had been from every side. "Two hundred hostages could be exchanged upon settlement among the parties. I suppose a full-size step could be taken forward," Erdogan instructed PBS tv past due on Monday.
